T-Shirt weather due this summer

As I read the BBC website today for my daily weather update I was pleasantly surprised to read the following:
“This week the UK is underneath high pressure, which means rising temperatures and inland sunshine”
And I was pleased to spot this little gem:
“Rainfall amounts are expected to be lower than the seasonal average.”
Oh yes. It’s T-Shirt weather people. With temperatures rising and some hot weather on the way what better time to do a spot of summer clothes shopping! If the temperatures keep on rising we may just be in for another surprise heat wave.
As always the British weather is staying true to its nature and taking everyone by surprise with its unpredictability and drastic changes. Last year summer seemed to come and go before anyone even noticed. Thankfully this year according to weather forecasters is going to welcome a barrage of hot weather and sunshine.
With more and more people now staying in Britain for their summer holidays this summer should provide some welcome T-Shirt weather to holiday makers who are trying to save a bit of money by staying in the UK.
